In addition to our will to respond quickly to our customers, we offer in assistance or rental from short to long term, maintenance equipment such as NATO test suitcases or mobile hydraulic power pack. This service allows our customers to rely on ABC to have a backup solution in case of hardware failure or to absorb an additional or temporary working overload.

The life of test benches in our field of activity is relatively significant and directly related to the longevity of the aircraft in operation. It is therefore important to be able to maintain in operational conditions, even to renovate or restore several subsets. Despite preventive and corrective maintenance carried out periodically and in accordance with the instructions of the manuals, the management of the obsolescence appears necessary after several years to make the systems more reliable. We work on all types of test equipment, guaranteeing our developments on the basis of our new products. These retrofits are often preceded by technical expertise to target hardware and subsystems that require upgrading.

In parallel, ABC is able, thanks to its design office and its technicians, to offer temporary troubleshooting solutions, the time to finalize the repair, and this in order not to block the production of its customers.

ABC has a specific internal structure to meet the needs of customers in terms of spare parts.

Spare parts are obviously delivered for ABC benches but more generally for all types of benches whose general characteristics are similar to the techniques used in ABC benches.

Therefore, ABC offers replacement solutions in the context of obsolescence management, for mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components, as well as for automation and computer solutions.

ABC responds within 48 hours for standard parts or parts of ABC benches and ensures delivery worldwide.

We offer turnkey solutions integrating logistics and installation and integration on our customer’s site. After an provisional acceptance in our premises, we manage the commissioning and acceptance tests on the site with our customers. Validation tests with components are often required. In addition to the testing facility, we have the ability to provide the proper testing and servicing tools.

Our test benches are provided with necessary training for their use and maintenance. Our teams are at the disposal of all our customers to guide them to handle the total capacities of our equipment to guarantee safety of people and materials. These courses cover all the technologies of the test bench: hydraulic, electrical, computer and control of our ORCHID software. In this context, and in addition to training dedicated to our benches, we offer training in industrial hydraulics or other subjects. In this respect ABC has a training license.

In addition to the documentation delivered with our test benches, ABC can provide specific documents on request, such as test procedures, assembly instructions, guides with photographs for testing help purpose, etc.
